7. Websites Usability Testing

Remote website usability testing means getting paid to navigate a website for the first time and giving feedback to the website owner. Most tests take approximately 15 minutes, and you can get paid up to $10 for each test. A test involves performing a scenario on the client’s website and recording yourself doing it. For example, you might be asked to go through the process of selecting and purchasing an item on a retailer’s website. Typically, there are different websites offering this service on behalf of requesting companies. Follow the links below to read up and then sign up.

In the test you are expected to complete series of tasks while thinking aloud and volunteering your opinion. Once done, your test will be automatically uploaded to their server for review. A mail will be sent to you via your email on file to notify you that your test is under review. Possibilities are there that your first test may be disapproved however your will be encouraged to try again. On a second try there is likelihood that you will have a better grasp of the test and may eventually scale through. With this process successfully completed, you will now be receiving invites through your email. Each invite/test completed will earn you $10 or more.
